TECHNICAL SUPPORT INTERN

  • RESPONSIBILTIES:

•           Level 1 troubleshooting of technical issues of clients by visiting their premises

•           Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions

•           Providing weekly sales and visits reports to line managers

•           Maintaining workstation and LAN performance.

 

  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

•           Bachelor’s degree in BBA/Computer Science

•           Fresh or 6 months experience

  • SKILLS:
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • An in depth understanding of the software and equipment
  • Good accurate records keeping/ data entry
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers
